Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to StudioMotion! By accessing or using our website, interactive animation studios, code generators, documentation, and the StudioMotion JavaScript npm package, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from accessing or utilizing our digital services.

2. Open Source License (MIT)

The core StudioMotion library (distributed on npm as studiomotion and hosted on GitHub at github.com/myselfrxvi/StudioMotion) is open-source software licensed under the permissive MIT License.

Permission Grant: Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.

You are fully free to use the animation engine and any UI recipes in personal, academic, open-source, or commercial production web applications without paying royalties or licensing fees.

3. Acceptable Use of Web Services

When utilizing our website and interactive sandboxes, you agree not to:

  • Engage in automated scraping, denial of service (DoS) attacks, or aggressive crawling that degrades the availability of our website or CDN edges.
  • Circumvent or tamper with security measures, code sandbox sandboxing boundaries, or advertising delivery systems.
  • Use our interactive generator tools to produce malicious payload scripts, phishing simulations, or deceptive web content.
  • Misrepresent authorship by claiming ownership of the core StudioMotion brand, logos, or trademarks.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, HIGH-FRAME-RATE GUARANTEES ACROSS LEGACY HARDWARE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

5. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

StudioMotion displays third-party advertisements delivered by Google AdSense and provides hyperlinks to external repositories (such as GitHub, npm, jsDelivr, and unpkg).

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing external links or interacting with advertisements is done solely at your own risk.
